The Good News...
Jesus promised to give us life - abundant life. He came, lived, died, and rose again to give us that abundant life. He called it THE GOSPEL.
GOSPEL means "Good News."

Jesus loves you!
Although we all are sinners, Jesus died in our place on the cross. He took our punishment on himself. Now...
He offers us a relationship with God, forgiveness of sins, and a home in Heaven someday.
Isn't that fantastic?
Sure it is!
What does He want from us? Good works maybe? Going to church?
Nope.
He said, "Repent and believe the Gospel."
Repent is just a fancy word that means "turn around." God wants us to turn from our own way to His way and believe in what Jesus has done for us on the cross.
